Previous Activity : Talkshow and Coloring Competition with Parkway Cancer Center

 We did parenting  in Golden Flower Hotel on Friday, 10th April 2015. The topic of the parenting was “ Early Detection of Children Cancer”. We cooperated with  PCC (Parkway Cancer Center)  wanted to share information about children cancer to increase our awareness about it. We presented an expert pediatric from Singapore who also works at Mount Elizabeth hospital, Dr. Lele Aung, to give the information about how we recognize the cancer, the prevention and also the rehabilitation. We also provided private consultation with the doctor and the happy thing was all this activities  were free. While the parents were listening the information, the children did coloring competition. Parents Teachers Conference (PTC) Term III

PTC Term III was held on Friday, 27^th  March 2015. It was time for the children to get the report progress for term III. Teachers explained to the parents what the children had already achieved at school in term III and what the children had to be increased in next term. In this term, Sequoia School also asked the parent’s opinion about what activities or things that school has to be maintained and what has to be increased in the next time. We  thank very much for all of the opinion. It is very useful for us to maintain and to increase our quality so that we can give the comfort especially for the children who are studying at Sequoia School.

STUDENT PRESENTATION 2015

Student’s Presentation was held on March 5th, 2015. All of sequoia parents and students followed this activity. Root class, branch class, leaf class, and Kindergarten class were very enthusiastic when they  showed their abilities. Parents also were happy, fun and proud to watch their children’s abilities.  Student’s Presentation is one of the Sequoia School’s program to show student’s abilities for 6 month they have been in Sequoia School. They showed their academic and danced bravely and independently. The activity ran very fun and successful. 

Previous Activity : Field Trip

Field trip was held on 11th March, 2015. This year, Field trip went to Jendela Alam at sersan Bajuri. This activity was followed by teachers, parents and students. This Place is very recommended for students because they can study about nature. The activities were playing fun games, recognizing herbal plants, making yoghurt, coloring cly, catching fish and watching some animals like birds, horses, chickens, snake, rabbits, cow and goats. Students and parents were very enthusiastic following the activities.

Parents Teacher Conference (PTC) Term II was held on 19TH December 2014. in this conference, teachers gave the students progress to their parents and explained what the children had already achieved at school in term II and what the children had to be increased in next term.

Previous Activity : POTLUCK 2015

Potluck was held on 18th December 2014. Potluck is an activity where students bring foods and drinks, and share it with their friends. The activity was begun with watching movie together and ended with eating their lunch together. The kids looked very happy and had so much fun.

SD SEQUOIA NASIONAL PLUS

SD Sequoia Nasional Plus has already opened the registration for grade 1. We use Integrated Curriculum of Singapore Method Curriculum and Indonesia National Curriculum. Our Programs are Green Kids Program, Cambridge English Language Assessment Program, Soft Skill and Living Skill. We also have supporting facilities such as Outing, Fieldtrip, Parenting, Swimming, Cooking, and Bank goes to school.

Sequoia School New Building

It has been 3 weeks since we moved to our new building at Jalan Aceh No. 6 Bandung. This new building provides some new facilities such as indoor playground, indoor playground, computer room and library. We hope with the new place we can make good memories together that can keep up our spirit in doing school activities.
